Nan has joined Santi Piyatat & Associates (formerly known as Asia Inter Law Co., Ltd.) since 2019.

Before joining the team, Nan has acquired various working experiences both in Thailand and aboard. After receiving a Master of Laws degree from both Georgetown University Law Center and The George Washington University Law School, she was given a prestigious opportunity to work at the United States Court of Appeal for the Federal Circuit in Judge Randall R. Radar’s Chamber, where she prepared bench memoranda and recommended legal outcome in deliberations with judges. After she moved back to Thailand, Nan was a legal assistant to the Commissioner at the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications commission (NBTC) for a couple of years. After her completion at NBTC, she worked at the Parliament House of Thailand as a legal counsellor to the members of the House of Representatives. She later moved to Singapore where she had worked as a legal consultant to the CEO for an intellectual property deal-making company for 3 years.

At Santi Piyatat & Associates, Nan’s current practice centers around Intellectual Property Law, Data Protection Law, and Labor and Employment law.

She is fluent in both Thai and English.
